I'm almost positive that it is, however since I don't live in the Philippines i'm not 100% sure.

I believe that it is Solenopsis Geminanta

Sometimes ants don't break off their wings when they establish their claustral chambers. Wait until she lays eggs. If the eggs she lays are gathered together or she is guarding them, she is a 99.99% she is fertilized. If she never lays eggs or the eggs are carelessly placed around the test tube she is most likely unfertilized.

My queens laid eggs a day after I placed them in test tubes, but it sometimes takes longer.
