Hey, I found a queen ant,and I was wondering what type of species it might be. it looks like tetromorium, or maybe prenolepis imparis.
I live in pennsylvainnia, and it is a deep orange coloration.
If it is a queen ant, I might start a journal about its progress and development.
thanks a lot,
jaketheant.

An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.

Re: ant died.
I am sorry to say my ant that I captured died shortly after capturing him, but I am not sure he even was a queen so I started looking for more queens now and I am on the lookout for campanoutus pensylvainnicus but were should I look and when can I look.
