Super small queen?

Super small queen?
Found this queen a few months ago on my mulch. I live in Maryland.
The workers are 2mm, yellowish in color and almost clear with pointed abdomens.
The queen is 4mm and black.
Thanks! This is the only picture I could get because of the ants' positions but if you need another I'll see what I can do.

if she is around 4 mm, lasius flavus is around 5mm, so margin of human error/maybe she just small.
