Queensland Australia Pheidole (?)

I look with a friend from ant group for name of the most beautifull species of Pheidole ants I ever seen. After at least 2h of research I found that they everywhere in Interne they write Pheidole sp. but also they say it's common species there. Do you know fellow ant keepers what it can be?
