I want to try to catch some wild worker ants and some of their brood that are the same species as my queen and Try to be introduced them to my lonely Queen. Aside from putting the wild workers and brood in the fridge I have got them in a test tube to Calm them, what should I do?

Introducing new workers to a queen is very dangerous, even if you put them in the fridge. Simply put the brood in with the queen and she would possibly adopt it and raise it to adulthood.
"God made every kind of wild beasts and every kind of livestock and every kind of creeping things;" (including ants) "and God saw that it was good." Genesis 1:25
