Can you help me with an ID?

Some info

-The queen was captured at 2 pm, in a dry day (no rains the day before) at full sunshine.
-She was found at the sidewalk of my house (along with other ~8 queens) in the area surrounding her nest (all the queens were captured from the same colony)
-She was 4mm long
-Neither the males or the females flew, they only flapped their wings while walking (weird behaviour?)
-She was captured in central Mexico
-Today in the morning the queen was fine, tending to her brood in a plaster nest, but I checked an hour ago only to find her motionless outside the nest in a straw I had put as a water reservoir (now empty)
-Another queen with workers was found dead and i decided to merge their colonies (I should have merged them with a colony with a queen, but I guess its done)
-They seem to be polygynous. When i was separating them, a pair just didn't want to be alone (they would sit side to side and didn't want to hurt them), so I leaved them together and now they have 1 nanitic

So I would like an ID because all the other ants I had captured are of the same species. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone help please? Thanks.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.
