Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?

Well, here's the answer: it is Iridomyrmex anceps, this one seems quite easy for all of you.

Here is one:
I don't know the species of this ant, (I am waiting on an ID from a taxonomist).
Also this is my own photo.
