I do not think she is a tapinoma sessile queen or a camponotus nearcticus queen and she is definitely not a crematogaster queen. Have a look at antmaps.org they can show you what ants live in your area.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony

So here’s a few things I’d narrow to identify. She definitely looks to have one node. Also she is from the Formicinae subfamily as I do not believe she has a sting. Honestly I think she is some sort of Formica queen, not sure what species yet though. She could be one of the ones you mentioned also. Here’s a good website that lists ants in you area https://antwiki.org/wiki/Georgia

If she is formica I belive her to potentially be formica lemani or formica fusca though I might be wrong.

I do not think she is a formica lemani queen and she id definitely not a farmica fusca queen. She looks very brown so that leads me to believe she is lasius sp.

Off this topic but still queen related im worried bcuz she isn't laying eggs and she doesn't seem to like the test tube setup also the cotton keeps drying up and I have to push it deeper to make it wet again.

You do not have to do that, all you have to do is put her in a dark place and be patient.
