Pocket Warmers??

I have been testing out the effects of pocket warmers on ants for a while, trying to find a source of heat which i can provide for them as winter is coming. Would a pocket warmer cook them? Or is it a good temperature?

heating mats or cables should do the trick

part of the problem is that i'm kinda keeping her in a cupboard right now, where it should be quiet. so i'm guessing the 'better' option right now would be a heating mat.

As long as you make sure that not the entire tube/setup is on top of the mat. You want a warm and a cooler part, so she can self regulate the best spot for her.
