help identify weather or not this queen is semi or fully claustral

caught in southern mass on 5/21/20, the weather was slightly windy, around 80 degrees, right next to a running river, the image is more of a size comparison than actual image, srry for bad quality. she spends her time mostly by the water reservoir, assumably drinking. at first i thought it was a tetramorium queen (just by it size) but hearing that she might be a tapinoma sessile, and that those might be semi claustral, i want to be sure weather its fully or semi claustral, I could care less about the species (I might get a better image when its brighter out, 8 am rn)
