Winged Ants

Hello anyone who has a curiosity like me. I was wondering, I know queens have wings as well as male reproductives, but are there any species that have winged workers of some sort. I've seen some really small ants(at least that is what they look like) around my house that have wings, but they are about the size of ghost ants. If it is a queen, it is probably 1-2mm long. very small.

The Orkin pest control page says some species of ants do have flying workers, but I can't seem to find anything about that myself. Most likely those are indeed male ants. For example, doing some yard work where I live disturbed a colony of ants, so many of the alates were just running around everywhere in the confusion. The queens were only about 4 mm long, while the males were barely 2 mm. If I hadn't seen them all together from the same nest, I never would have thought the males were even ants.

ive also seen this I caught one but they never layed eggs so I don't know
