best food for formica fusca and other tips on formica ant keeping

i need ideas for food because my formica fusca colony doesnt really eat crickets so im asking what the best protein source is (please be specific) and if you have any tips please say it

How large is the colony? They might just be full.
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.
