How often should my tetramorium, pogo, and camponotus be fed during these winter months? I have superworms and sunburst nectar laying around...

Ants do not require food during brumation. Even if they forage, they do not need food until coming out of brumation. Also, it is optional, but you can supply them with honey or sugar water during winter just in case.
