Ant queen shipments

Hey guys!
I've been wondering if ant queens can be shipped. I live in a small country in Europe (Slovenia) and I've noticed that there aren't any queen ant sellers nearby. I don't own a car so I'd like to know if i can buy an ant queen and if it could be shipped to me.

ant queens can be shipped and do all the time but it is a really hard trip for the ant queens and some do die. Catching queens from the wild or buying through the GAN project is the best choice but, given your situation, there are tons of web sites that ship queens.
