i see no reason why though being a small colony you might want to break it up into smaller pieces
1x Lasius Niger - early forging stage - 60-100 workers
1x Messor Barbarus - founding stage - <20 workers
1x Camponotus Turkestanus - claustral stage - 1 nanitic + brood
1x Odontoponera Transversa - semi-claustral stage - no eggs

I did crush it from the inside but I didn't have the heart to break it up into smaller pieces :oops:

It is more gross than feeding mealworms
It is when the queen had only one ninatic

Yea, It looked that they have been feeding on its insides an have sucked them up. I have changed their test tube setup :P
Now they have got honey



Btw the wasp was dipped In part water and part honey :lol:
