I have this 1 and a half-year-old pheidole colony, they were doing well, but yesterday and today the queen has been acting strangely. she won't stay upright, she tries to roll onto her side or back, she also twitches and stretches, they have enough food and water so I'm not sure why she's doing this.


Any help would be appreciated.

She was probably going to anyway, even if I knew why.

Thanks, I have two Pheidole colonies at the moment. IDK why, but each time I tried to start a colony they seemed to have a higher survival rate of the queens if there is more than one queen
