Need help if this is a queen if yes can I know what is this?

I'm new here and I also want ant keeping. So I got this in 5/31/19 in **** de Oro city, Philippines. It has whole black body with wings with some kind of black also. I hope you can identify it and I would like to ask for tips if identified.

For some ants, you need to feed them before they have their eggs but usually, you don't. But if u wanna be safe, u can feed them

Better to have it identified so that you'll know if you need to feed it or not.
