I found this big black ant in Germany - is it a queen?

Hello there,
This afternoon I found an ant of which I suspect that it might be a queen. It was crawling around in a muddy place right next to a field and is 6-7 mm long. I live in Germany. The ant is black and shiny and has longer legs than my Lasius niger queen.
I attached two pictures of the possible queen. They are not the best quality, but I hope they are good enough for experienced ant keepers to tell whether it is in fact a queen or just a large worker
I will also try to get better pictures soon.

Any help/clues are appreciated

I cant really tell, but from what i can make out it looks like a camponotus major, i dont think its a queen
