I was wondering if some one had any information/advice in founding Camponotus Vicinus and Camponotus Modoc?

To my knowledge, the two species' care does not differentiate from that of other Camponotus species.
"God made every kind of wild beasts and every kind of livestock and every kind of creeping things;" (including ants) "and God saw that it was good." Genesis 1:25

Watch the old AntsCanada tutorials on making a test tube set up and founding queens. Keep the queens warm, dark, and undisturbed and they should do fine.
