Hello from southern France.
I have an ant invasion in my bath and bedroom and need to know what species they are. I don't want to kill them but want to know how
I can lure them out of my house.
I took the photos with my smartphone. Let me know if you need better pictures. The ants are nesting under the floor tiles right at the wall floor junction.
thank you for helping me.

Re: Request for identification
I couldn't tell you. . . What I do know is that luring them out is probably not an option. They rarely decide to move out unless their current nest is way worse than a new one.

Re: Request for identification
hello, thank you anyway.
How about me creating an outworld for them? Certainly better than living under the tiles. Those ants live usually outside.

Re: Request for identification
Feeding them will only increase the population. If you want them to go away but not kill them, I think the best you can do is keep the area clean and seal any holes they might be coming in from.
