eggs not growing

Hello so I found an queen this summer (camponotus novaeboracensis) and everything was fine..she lays some eggs and have now 2 workers. But after 3-4 months since the first spawning the eggs doesn't grow into worker. Do you have some idea on what happen?

You didn’t hibernate her and it’s been winter for 3-4 months and still is. And your house is probably cold and she is probably in a cold glass test tube.
