How to feed my queen

So, i've found a trapjaw ants (semi-claustral) few days ago, i put her in a test tube n gave her a drop of sugar water, she enjoy it.

My question is, how often shud i feed her?
once a week?
once a day?
or every 3 day?

cz i dont want to disturb her n make her dont want to lay eggs
pls help
