i'm struggling to find any queens
I'm from South Borneo n i dont really know how to find queens cz i dont know when is the time they do the nuptial flight in here. N i did walking around to find them but i found nothing
i hope someone can gimme some advice cz i'm SUPER NEW to this ant keeping thing

Okay then, ants have nuptial flights in the summer mainly (Flying ant day). You can only catch queens on these days or soon after them. You are most likely to only manage that in the summer. If you do not want to wait, you can always just buy an ant queen from somebody else who caught it. Do not catch queens near nests.

Hopefully, but you will struggle to find queens unless it is the time of the nuptial flights

i found an ant with wings! but idk if she was fertile or not. how long do we need to wait until she lay her eggs?

Congratulations on catching your first queen!
Some lay eggs within days of their capture, others take weeks. You need to identify the queen to see if it is fully or semi claustral. If it is semi-claustral, remember to feed it.
It is important to keep it in the dark, or it may not lay eggs.
