Need ID plz help. Western Australia. queen about 12 mm and workers about 4mm. queen is black and workers are slight red. caught in australian spring (sep oct nov)

Thnx after looking up some of those species i think she may be a species of notoncus. It would be great if you could narrow it down for me.

I have an ID guide for Notoncus workers, but I need a really zoomed in picture for me to see. Have you ever seen this species of workers outside? Here is the link to the guide and a diagram that can help you if you want to do it yourself, if not is there any way you can get a closer picture of your workers?
