Hello
I got this queen in São Paulo city, Brazil.
Can you help me identify species?
Is she mated?
We had heavy rains the past 3 days, but today it was dry. We are in the middle of summer here, with very hot days
she is between 20 and 30 mm long (around one inch)

Hello fella, I want to buy a queen ant, It's been 1 year from now that I've been trying to catch one but no success. Can you sell me one? I'm from Jaboatão in Pernambuco
Re: Queen ID from South America
There is no selling ants on this forum unless it is through the GAN project. This is to promote native ant keeping to keep invasive species from spreading and for the better care of your ants.(don't worry it's in the rules, sorry)
don't worry though Gin154 since all you need to do to find ants is look outside and take a walk to find the queens since it is in the middle of summer where you live (which shouldn't really matter since ants fly all year where you live.) If you still need help look at some helpful AntsCanada tutorials on finding queen ants.(Their is like, 5 of them!)
