I think it would be wonderful thing to see the setups everyone has for their ants, including the AntsCanada products. Give us a picture, or pictures , and species you're housing and explain your setups.

On the far right there's a Ytong nest they stayed in for a week but they moved back to the tube and don't hang out there very much anymore.

Yeah they moved to the nest and when I removed the light they moved back. I guess they feel the nest is too big for them for now. I'll let them decide on their own when they want to leave the tube.

That happening with my Camponotus colony. I gave them a nice home and they decided to move out and live in the tube connecting their nest and the outworld. I guess they feel safer in the tube for now.
