Honey for ants?

This is will the first time to feed my lasius niger colony with honey! I always feed them with honey + sugar + water mix, but i have a question! the ants will not get sticked into the honey? (Sorry for my bad english language)

i dont think they will get stuck, but put a really small drop for safety

They only get stuck if you put in a giant drop. if the drop is smaller than their body youll be good! they love it!

I have Lasius niger 5 colonies, one of them cant handle honey they get stuck in it :shock: the other never have problems, so i think it is good advice keeping the drops smaller then their bodies that way they can get free i think.
