My Myrmica Queen

I am just too excited to wait until my first Nanatic worker awakens... My small set up for my queen, pictured is her in her new and clean test tube, her old one was beginning to mold with an insect carcass she did not move into the attached AC test tube portal she normally uses for foraging and waste disposal. Should have worker #1 within the next day or two, about 7 other pupae are between the first stages from larvae white to a dark yellow/brown color. I apologize for the blurryness, my new phone should be able to do close ups like this but it was not co-operating

6 days later, 5 eclosed workers still a pile of brood. They remain un-photogenic so this is as clear a shot as I get... where's my 4K??

My cat loves to look at my ants it is odd, she will walk up slowly and gently and look at them for 5-10 minutes
