Yes it is a queen. Batspiderfish will likely be your best bet for a positive ID on here.
Learn to dance in the rain, because after there are queens to find!

Camponotus, most likely from the Herculeanus group. But we can wait on the pro identifier.
An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.

Re: Is this a queen ?
I'm living at a olive farm, by the east Spanish coast(mainland). she came inside my house, after 2 days with heavy wind and big cloud's.
I was looking at the nearby ant hill/hole, where lots of ants with wings left their old home.
sadly I went inside as I didn't find any queens, which had taken off their wings.
then my little brother found a big ant inside the house.
Then I opened the question in here
Size hard to say about 14-16 mm.
Time/date: around 9 or 10 pm - 18th of July
However I had to set her free, as my testube was an old spice box. And she didn't look to survive, and I will rather have a healthy queen in my garden, than a dead one in a badly made testube.
