Help Id this queen Please

Lasius sp. I'd only hesitate to say Lasus americanus at this time of year because for once I am getting the vibe of Lasius niger. However, we would need to be able to see the hairs on the antennae and the teeth on the mandibles to identify Lasius.

I agree with Batspiderfish, looks like Lasius.
