The "Big head" ant is indeed just a worker Camponotus. however the rest are queens but we need to know where in the world you are and how big they are (preferably in millimeters)
Ants are life's most successful invaders. Understand and respect that power.

Also how many ants are we IDing? The black one is a Formica subsericea queen assuming they were found in Georgia.
