Help! Are these queens?

I just went out and snatched up two ants. They're big, but I can't make out wing scars due to their black bodies and untrained eye. Can anyone assist? I'm hoping for a fertile tetramorium sp. E queen. My guesses are either tetramorium queen, tetramorium major (but research made it seem like they don't have majors, so I doubt that possibility, carpenter queen, carpenter major. But it could be sugar ant. I really don't know.
(Hold on while I try to get pictures working)

When you do get the pictures working I will happily do my best to identify whether or not it is a queen and I will attempt to figure out what species.
As always, wishing you well on your exciting ant adventure, Ants the Lowcountry.
