Could some one tell me if this is a queen or a worker?

Found in rotting leaves and undergrowth below a magnolia tree beside rotting pine stump.

It seems like a worker. But don’t lose hope! If there are workers, there are nuptial flights. Also i’m not an expert, so i can’t tell for sure, but usually queens have larger gasters!

i have collect at least a dozen of these ants from a school yard 5 blocks away. i am pretty sure they are all workers since they were all out foraging very close to each other. I have compared them to the one i posted earlier and she is the same as them so def not a queen. I guess these are an invasive species also lol.

so there is not much data on nuptial activity in my area on this species. Anyone have any thoughts on when they might have their nuptial flights or how to catch a queen?
