Set-up

We bought a starter kit but it doesn't give me any instructions on how to set it up. Is there some kind of map that I can follow so that I don't mess up the set up process?

Yes, on the website go to the starter get you ordered and scroll down a bit and it has a pdf of the instructions since they want to be eco friendly which is good

And how long did it take to get to your house because I also ordered one.

From what I read, the order process takes 7-10 days, and then based on the shipping you chose, it'll take another 7-10 or 4-7 days.

Also certain products are on back order, (such as the "Complete Setup - Tetramorium Habitat") states that it would take an extra 2-3 weeks before shipped...
