Hallo

I'm new to the hobby and were wondering if there were any ant farmers from Denmark on this forum or form a close neighbor like the south of Sweden or north of Germany. it would be nice with some help when to look for queen ants here. I wold like to find a Lasius niger queen and understand that they fly July-August in Denmark but that is a big span some more pointers would be nice. The summer have been very dry and hot so far, may were literally the hottest and driest in a 100 years. I'm wondering if this could speed up when they fly.

Thanks but i was hoping to find a queen in nature, but if i don't find one bye late summer, might bye one to get started. The poste were more to get in touch with "local" farmers that could help me with timing on when to catch a queen in the wild.

I am verifying if you are a GAN Farmer NikolaMladenovic, either way please do not offer or make deals via these forums. All Selling, trading, or giving of ants will go 100% thru the GAN project via the AntsCanada Website.
