The perfect temperature for tetramorium?

I am preparing to keep pavement ants as their nuptial flight will start in about a month. I want to keep their setup in my room because all of my rooms have air conditioning. I keep my room at 23.5 C. Will that be ok for the ants?

(I might buy a heating pad once the colony reaches 500 workers.)

pavement ants can live from 10-40 degrees Celsius. It should be fine.
