Is this a social Parasite?

I was observing a Tetramorium colony in my front yard, when I found this 8mm queen weacing through the nest entrances. She doesn't have wings, and I think she might be a some sort of social parasite. Please identify. If she is a social parasite, please tell me what to do. Thanks!

Definitely a social parasite, looks a little like L. Umbratus but hard to tell with your pictures. For information on social parasites look here: http://www.formiculture.com/topic/3252-much-ado-about-the-founding-of-lasius-temporary-social-parasites/
