Found Queen, Fertile, ID needed (Possible Anomaly)

At first I thought it was a crematogaster, but those nuptial flights happen in august, but weathers been super weird lately, maybe an anomaly? Anyway, if anyone can confirm the species from these crappy pictures I took with my shaky hands that'd be great. She has laid 2+ eggs already if that helps (had for about a week).

You’ll have to go make an imgur.com account and post the pictures there. Then copy and paste the links onto here.

I agree it looks like a crematogaster.

Could you give a general location of where you’re at (East Tennessee, for example), and a size measurement for the queen?

Thanks. Also, I'm in Southern Indiana, right next to Kentucky.
