There's no way you can tell from that picture lol. You can't even see any features. You need to take a better photo showing the top view of the queen.

Looks like Lasius claviger, but without the complete information for an ID request (location), nobody's going to be that much help to you.

Yeah, looks like the social parasite, Lasius claviger to me. She will need host workers if you want to keep her. These ants are not easy to start, so no harm in returning her where you found her. Did you actually measure her, or is it a guess?

I checked again she is 7 mm. Also do I need to take brood from other colonies to make her have eggs?
