I Got A Queen!
I'm sure of it this time! She just crawled across the pavement, wings and all. She had them off before I caught her but catch her I did!
Considering her shape and the fact I caught her today, I'm pretty sure she's a labor day ant, but I'm prepared to post more pictures tomorrow once my good camera has its battery charged up.
If anyone could confirm that for me at some point, I'd be very grateful so I know what to research before I move her into a proper formicarum if she ever lays eggs.

Proverbs 6:6-8
Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
