So one day I caught 2 trap jaw queens, one had 5 pupa, the otherone lost her brood. When I caught them, i took 2 pupae and gave them to the one that lost everything. The queen that had 5 pupae was left with 3. Now the 3 pupae hatched, but the 2 pupae I gave to the other queen haven't. She cares for the pupae as her own brood. If the pupa rolls away, she rushes and puts it back in the brood pile. So:
1. Should I intervene OR give her more time?
2. If I should intervene, should I take 2 pupae or 1 pupae away from her OR should I carefully make a little opening in the pupae and put it back in so the queen finishes the work?
P.S. The queens are trap jaws.

I'd wait I'd she is caring to them I would. Intervene if the pupa starts to get dark and looks likes it's dying. I hope I could help.
