Found this gal just in time to try out the new clip on macro lens for the ipad.
She is quite red, and just under 10mm. From looking around, I want to say Pogonomyrmex, but I'm not entirely sure. Can anyone confirm or deny with what I have here?

I agree with pogernomymex
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
