I have a few that I caught on the same day. Found all of them on my porch about 8:00pm

About 3mm, caught 8 and very fast.

1mm, caught 2, very black and smooth looking

Photo#3

1mm, about the same size as Photo#2, very transparent in the light.

This one I caught with 3 others on 06/21/2017 drowning in my daughter's swimming pool. 1mm looks like Photo#3 almost when I look at it but didn't want to disturb to much since there are already eggs.

I am hoping to figure out if any are semi claustral so I can figure out a build so they can eat but not take up a lot of space. If I need to I was thinking of putting a straw between two test tubes threw the cotton.
Thanks for all the help.

Also, check your measurements. There is no queen that is 1mm in length.
