what do i feed my founding ants

today i checked on my queen and she had 3 workers what do i need to feed them
I am new to ant keeping

One very small drop of honey is what I start with. Then 4-5 days later a cricket leg :D Congrats!
With all the things ants can do, you wonder, who rules the planet :?
