How long does it take for pogonomyrmex barbatus to go from egg to worker ???

I believe that P. Badius workers enclose at around 35-40 days (total). I don't know how similar they are though.

One of my pogonomyrmex barbatus queen isn't doing to good at founding a colony . Is there any way I can get her to except a worker from another colony?
