-one of my solenopsis queens has her first worker, helping her take care of her eggs.
-my componotus has finally got a cluster of eggs, rather than just two or so.
-then to my total dismay, the formica queen has layed eggs as well.
aaaaaandddd...... the leaf cutter i caught the other day has shed her wings. yayyyyy

Hate to be "that" guy... But above you said to your dismay. That is typically something that causes you stress or something negative. I think you were shooting for something like to my delight or something along those lines. Either way awesome!
Re: very exciting night
hey, thanks man.
i was using "dismay" as a noun, not a verb. lol
dismay -noun
1. consternation and distress, typically that caused by something unexpected.
"to his dismay, she left him"
synonyms: alarm, shock, surprise, consternation, concern, perturbation, disquiet, discomposure, distress
im in the US. i think our vocabularies differ from yours. cheers!
