Queen ant

My queen ant is in its test tube with about 7 larvae and eggs. The cotton has developed a significant mould (the whole
surface is green) but none of the eggs has even reached the pupae stage yet. I am not sure if i should switch test tubes because there are no workers and the queen might not be capable, but the mould is probably gonna affect the colony. What should i do?
Ants are better than termites lol

You should attach a new test tube setup. Wait for a few days for her to move. If she doesn't move to the new test tube, you will have to dump her in there, and using a moist q-tip or a moist thin paint brush, scoop up the brood into the new test tube.
If she moves to the new teat tube but without the brood, again move the brood with the same method
Ants I have-
camponotus compressus colony- the shadow warriors.
