The first queen died, when I woke up she was on her back nothing was moving :( . So I'm going to attach the second queen's test tube to the test tube portal so she can take over the first queen's brood. I also cleaned the test tube portal, do you have any tips on brood boosting never done it before.
I have a few times, but be aware that the brood may be eaten despite the queen having food. Sometimes ants accept the brood, sometimes they don’t. It’s just how accepting the queen is of new memebers(brood).

Ok, I put in the second queen test tube, took off the cover, and put it on the test tube with the first queen's brood so I think she will notice the brood and take them as her own that's how it works... right?

Yes, unless she doesn’t accept it. If she doesn’t accept it, you can skip a feeding as she will be bloated from all that enemy queens eaten brood.

Oh, hopefully, that doesn't happen. I will check on her now.

She still hasn't done anything with the eggs in the test tube.

It took one queen a week to find cocoons for me. Although she was in a large foraging arena, and was semi-claustral.

Also, the first sign you see of her caring for them, don’t check on her for an extended period of time. I made this mistake with Odontomachus, which caused her to slice up the cocoons.
