then it should work unless your colony only accepted them as food for the larvae...SolenopsisKeeper wrote: ↑Fri Feb 11, 2022 6:40 amI have a monogynos spieces of trap jaw ants who will readily accept new workers from the wild.AntsAntsAnts wrote: ↑Thu Feb 10, 2022 3:23 pmyes, I have actually done that with polyrhachis ants because I had like 20 colonies

No, it was for work to be done. It was a small colony, and people say you shouldn’t raise them in modular nest, but I use ytong filled with soil so it is fine, but I monitored it closely. One worker died a few weeks after, and they ate its gaster(they didn’t kill I watched him die at 12 in night)AntsAntsAnts wrote: ↑Fri Feb 11, 2022 10:00 pmthen it should work unless your colony only accepted them as food for the larvae...SolenopsisKeeper wrote: ↑Fri Feb 11, 2022 6:40 amI have a monogynos spieces of trap jaw ants who will readily accept new workers from the wild.AntsAntsAnts wrote: ↑Thu Feb 10, 2022 3:23 pm
