Its been raining since last night,do i have a better chance on findinyg a queen today? If so,where should i go and around what time. Thank you:)

Perhaps during noon and afternoon. Some of them may however fly during the morning. It could also be that they fly the day after. ;)
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.
